Pilates and Prayer

 

Pilates and Prayer is a new monthly opportunity for gentle exercise with prayer and Bible meditation, especially for St. James church members

It takes place in the Church Centre on the first Saturday morning of each month. 

Pilates and Prayer is run by Natasha Kumar who is a qualified pilates instructor. 

Space in the Centre is limited so please register on the information desk after church on a Sunday morning. 

Please bring an exercise mat to the class if you have one. Natasha has a few that can be borrowed if you don't have your own.
